Hi, it's Tina, and I'm here with your one-minute management tip.
Here's something I want you to think about today:
Why do your patients like coming to your office?
Is it because the doctor's great?
The front desk is friendly?
The office is clean and efficient?
Or maybe it's how they feel when they're there?
Hmm. Patients remember how they're treated. They remember if someone smiled at them. If someone took the time to listen. If someone rushed them through the experience just like they were a number.
Let's think about it:
When people feel respected and heard and valued, they return, and they also tell others. That's how loyalty grows.
So here's the takeaway:
Ask your team this week, "What do you think makes patients love coming here?" Their answers will show you what's working and where opportunities are that you could elevate the patient experience even more.
Remember, patients aren't just coming there for treatment, they're coming there for feeling. Let's make sure it's a great one.
If there's anything I can do to help you, all you have to do is email me at Tina@TopPractices.com, or Dr. Peter Wishnie at Peter@TopPractices.com.
Take care. I'll see you later. Bye.
