Tom Foster: That's the most important part.
Rem Jackson: And we'll get into that. But, I mean that's the key. But that's what that book has. It has it distills those points: how to market, manage and love your practice. Because if you don't love your practice, if you don't get up and think, I am so lucky, it's Monday morning, I get to go to work. If you don't think that, then you're missing something and that it cannot be missed. So like I used to, you know how people feel like it's Friday, like Friday at four o'clock is the best time of the week, right? Cause it's all just going to be great. Friday's great, Saturday's great. But on Sunday, people start to develop that sense of dread because Monday's coming and now for me, I just, when I, when I have that Sunday feeling like tomorrow's Monday, I think, good, I can't wait to get back to work. And that's what you need. That's the mindset that you have to have.
