Hi, it's Tina from Top Practices.

If you're a physician who wants a manager or a team lead to become more proactive in the practice, become a confident leader, one who helps solve problems and communicates clearly, one that keeps the practice on track and keeps you informed on what is going on?

Well, I'd like to talk to you about a few programs that can help your practice out. Not only your practice, but your people, because they are the ones who keep the wheels turning every single day as patients come in.

I have a program for first-time managers. Now, it may not be that they just began a management position, or it may be that you're just thinking about promoting them, but it gives the basics of management over five sessions.

We talk about the job description because I have found in my time working with practices, many office managers don't have job descriptions. Everybody else does. They don't.

We talk about HR basics, hiring, firing, time management, and how to develop their leadership skills.

There's also a next-level management program for managers who have been in the position for a while, but let's face it, the last four or five years have really changed the atmosphere in our practices. A lot of us have been shorthanded, a lot of different changes, and managers have become overwhelmed, disillusioned, and burnt out.

In this program, we talk about how to reset their expectations and your expectations for the practice and give a leadership boost to help improve employee performance and reignite their passion for managing.

This course helps seasoned managers move from doing everything to overseeing things and having people check in with them.

And now, if either one of these management programs don't strike your interest, I also offer a three-hour coaching package. These are where you get to pick three different topics, maybe creating workable office systems, developing schedules that flow well, hiring, quality patient care, and preventing patient problems.

I've got a list of topics, and you can pick three one-hour topics for your management team, your manager, your team leads.

If you have any questions, click the links, and then you also can email me at Tina@TopPractices.com for any information or to set up a Zoom to see if one of these programs is right for your practice.

Also, take a look at my new program, The Revolving Door. There's a link to that as well.

Take care, and I hope to talk to you soon. Bye.
