Hi, it's Tina. And welcome to today's One Minute Management Tip. 

Are things not going well at your office? We know they always can't be great. Things come up. And sometimes, like Rem says, we get two or three stink bombs a year. But, you know, there are only two things that we can do that will change when things are not going well. And one (1) is choose to commit to make a choice to improve the situation. Approach things with the intent to improve, to deliver, and to succeed. Without that, you know what? You're not going to go anywhere. And then number two (2), you need to work hard. It's not going to come easy. Rarely does anything good come easy. Real effort and attention need to be the basics behind everything that we do. There's no quick fixes or silver linings. You know what? You earn results by hard work. 

So, when things aren't going well at your office, remember, choose to commit to make the change, and then know two (2) it's going to take hard work to get it done. So, the next time you're faced with any challenges, don't think you can wish it away because it's just not gonna happen.
