Hi, it's Tina. And I'm here with your one-minute management tip. Have you ever watched that program Undercover Boss? You know, where the owner of the company goes in undercover and they pretend like they're either a new employee, a trainee of some sort, just so that they can see what's going on in their organization.

Well, I watched this episode recently. And at the end, when the boss, you know, came to the people to tell them who he really was, he singled out one gentleman at the company. And what he said, just boom, hit me. He said, "You always showed up and you were always willing to try the things that the company wanted to try."

And I thought you know what? It is all about showing up and how we show up each day. Do we complain or are we positive? Or when, you know, the doctor wants to try something new in the practice or a new marketing technique or a new product, do you go along with it? Are you excited about it? Well, I want to be one of those employees and I hope you do too.

When they say that you always show up. And you're always there to do what's necessary to get the job done. And it's really not about what we bring to the table, but it's how we serve it that really matters. Well, I hope you give this food for thought, some thought, and think about who it is that you bring to work every day.

Hopefully, you're going to be happy with the answers. If there's anything I can help you with you can email me at [email protected] or Dr. Peter Wishnie at [email protected]. You take care, you stay safe, and I'll talk to you soon. Bye-bye.
