Have you met your goals for 2016? If you have, fantastic! But if you have not, you know what? It is a great time right now to start new habits - the habits you need to be successful in 2017. What do we do? We say, “Ah, we’ll wait until January 2nd.” And January 2nd we’ll say, “I’m going to start new habits and eat right and exercise and do all  of the things I’m supposed to do for the practice, such as setting up protocols and systems and training,” but now is a great time to get into those habits, so when January 2nd comes, you’re already into the flow.
