Hi, it's Tina, and here's your one-minute management tip.
Well, I hope you're doing well. I know that our office is closed for a little while and things are a little bit different. Well, I like to take opportunity when it's a little bit slower. To continue to self educate. And I just wanted to tell you about this book that I read. It's called Back to Human by Dan Schawbel, How Great Leaders Make Connections. And that's something that we need to always be working on in our practice is our connections with one another and with our patients through communication, by our actions. And it's so important because that's what develops relationships and relationships are what grow our practice.
So if you've got a little extra time, talk about it with your staff. How can we improve our communication? Take out a good book and read on it. There's a lot of information on the internet, but don't use this time to do nothing. Use this time to make a better you.
If you have any questions, please contact me at [email protected] or Dr. Peter Wishnie at [email protected]. We're here for you to help you. I hope you have a great rest of your day and please stay safe and take care. Bye.
