Hi, it's Tina and I'm here with your One Minute Management Tip.
You know, we all make mistakes and we will continue to make mistakes. But I heard a really neat thing the other day. It was that when you make a mistake, make it an old mistake. And I thought, what does that mean?
Well, "O", own it. We need to own our mistakes. And you know what? People respect us more when we do own our mistakes because we all make them.
"L", we need to learn from those mistakes.
And "D", don't do it again.
Well, I hope that this tip gives you some food for thought because it's certainly made me think, but yeah, I don't have to beat myself up over mistakes. I just need to make them old. If you have any questions, you can email me at [email protected]. I'll talk to you later. Bye, bye.
