Recently in our Virtual Practice Management Institute group that meets on Facebook weekly, we were discussing management tips for success, and so I thought I would share a couple of those with you today. Well, number one, you need to be able to monitor what the job tasks are that people are doing in the practice. How was the flow going? Are they efficient? And the only way you're going to know this is by asking. And then number two, don't let your people struggle. If you see that people are struggling getting things done, find out why and what it is that you can do to help them, and then help them.
And then the third one is you need to be able to believe in your people. You need to let them know that you believe that they can be successful in their position.
