Hi, I'm Dr. Peter Wishnie and here's another One Minute Practice Management Tip. The one thing you could do right now is teach others how to become better leaders by you becoming a better leader. What does that mean? That means showing people what to do and not just telling them what to do. Be a better teacher and a better coach. Also, teach people how to make decisions based on your purpose, your mission, and your goals. If you do that and have your staff make good decisions, it will free up your time by a lot.
