Do you ever hear, or possibly say, “We don’t have enough people to handle all the job tasks in the practice,” and wonder, do you?

Well, you’ll never know unless you know how much work actually goes through each position in the practice.

How many phone calls come into the office each day?
How many authorizations are actually required for those patients who are coming in?
How many surgeries need to be scheduled?
Are patients being seen on time?

If you don’t know how much work is being done and being able to measure it with time and also how many, then it’s really hard to be able to say, yes, we need more help or no, we don’t.
