ask yourself a better question. Now, what would it look like if you could actually do that? Picture yourself achieving that task, then feel that accomplishment. This new sense of energy will propel you to achieve that task. Go ahead. Give that a try. It really, really works. So get that excitement, stop saying you can't do things, and just actually go ahead and do it.
