You know, we hear a lot about wanting to achieve work-life balance. Studies show that having a specific plan of attack attached to the day will more than double the likelihood of you being able to complete what you set out to accomplish. This goes for you and your team also. That's why huddles are so important to review the day because you get to discuss what you see that's going to be coming at you.

Whether you do them in the morning to discuss that day, or whether you do it in the afternoon discussing the following day. There are certain benefits.

  • One is less stress.
  • The other is that you achieve more success over the long-term.
