Hi, it's Tina, and I'm here with your one-minute management tip. You know, we have just hundreds upon thousands of great thought leaders that are out there. And a couple of the ones that I like to listen to, just a couple, are Robin Sharma and Tony Robbins. And they both have this quote that's almost identical. And it's, "We're meant to grow, so we have something to share." Well, now, if both of these really great thought leaders have the same thing to say, how can I use that? Well, you know, what? What I think about is training. And training in our practices because training never ends.

Do you have a program or a way that the people in the practice can continue to grow? That they can grow in knowledge about the skills that they need. That they can grow in knowledge regarding what our doctors treat. You know, something that has great and engaging topics. Well, if people stop learning and growing what they do, their job just becomes a job. It's when we continue to grow, we continue to add new skills and more knowledge that it's no longer a job, it's a career. Because then we get the opportunities to practice what we've learned, to teach what we've learned, and watching the benefits of ongoing training and knowledge of those who work in the practice is just an amazing thing. Because not only do we create a better workplace for ourselves, our coworkers, but we create an amazing environment for our patients to come into. Because then they get treated from the first phone call by people who want to be there, who want to help them.

If you would like more information on creating an ongoing training program in your practice, all you have to do is email me at [email protected] or Dr. Peter Wishnie at [email protected]. Well, I hope you take this food for thought, chew it around a little bit, and I hear from you. You take care. Stay safe. Bye.
