Hi, it's Tina and welcome to today's One Minute Management Tip. Today, I'm going to talk about confidence and competence and that they go hand-in-hand with every position that's in the practice.
Sometimes, we don’t feel competent or confident. But, there's something that's really important that we need to remember.
- Do we love what we do?
- Do we have a passion for our position?
- Are we hungry to learn and grow every single day?
Well, that's the key. That's the confident-competent loop. It goes like this, it’s a figure eight. It never ends. It's a continual loop of learning and growing. And if we continue to do this every single day because there's always something new to learn, we will become more confident and competent in our jobs, and we will enjoy what we do every single day along with the people who we do it with.
