Hi, it's Tina. And I'm here with your one-minute management tip.
You know, cross-training and job sharing really is important. And it really helps build the practice to be stronger as far as the staff are concerned. How? Because when a staff member takes the time to train their coworker in their job tasks, not only are they creating value in that coworker because they're learning more, they also are growing their relationship because the coworker will then understand more about what the employee who's training them does. And when you create better relationships in the practice, that's a win-win, but not only does it create better relationships, you're creating a stronger team that can step in and help out with one another.
And if someone is ill, they can step in. And when you add in value to the people who work in your practice, you can never go wrong. It'll always be a win-win. If you have any questions, you can email me at [email protected] or Dr. Peter Wishnie at [email protected]. You take care.
Talk to you later. Bye-bye.
