Hi, it's Tina. And I'm here with your one-minute management tip. You know, so often when we go to work every single day, things don't go right. Maybe it's how someone treated you. Maybe it's something somebody said, but sometimes it actually is us. How can we ensure that it's not? Well, Brendon Burchard is one of the top thought leaders of today. And he says, "Self-awareness, is gained by self-evaluation."

If you want to be better aware of who you are, where you need to grow, how you can uniquely give or serve, you need to be able to evaluate yourself. Now, this isn't always easy, but there are some questions that you can begin to ask yourself to help you work through. Is there a better version of you? Number one, ask how did I do today at work?

Really evaluate not their behavior, but yours. How did you do? Did you give your best? You know, did you treat others as you would want to be treated? And could you improve your performance? If so, how? What do I need in order to grow and become a better version of myself? Can you imagine if we all did that and then brought the best version of ourselves to work each day?

What an amazing place our offices would be, how much we would enjoy being there, and how much our patients would also enjoy coming to our practices. If this is an area that you would like to work on in your practice, all you have to do is email me at [email protected] or Dr. Peter Wishnie at [email protected].

We would be happy to coach you and show you the tools that we have in the Virtual Practice Management Institute to set your whole practice on the right path to improving performance for each individual person. I hope you take this food for thought and then take the time to email us. I hope you have a great day and stay safe out there. Bye now.
