If you need to train your staff, just press play. Whatever you need to do, guess what? Just press play. We get stopped at tracks because we need to make everything perfect. We have fear. We're afraid that the way people think about us or we don't have time. We don't have whatever, fill in the blank. We just need to press play then stop thinking.
So here's a little hack, a little trick, the secret that you can do when you know you need to do something that's going to make a difference in your life, in your practice. This is what you need to do. Make-believe you're a rocket ship, getting ready to blast off. Starting from 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Press play and go and just do it. And the more you do it, the better you get at it and the more comfortable you're at it. And momentum, you'll develop momentum because you'll have increased energy and you'll have excitement. You'll develop that momentum.
