Hi folks. Today I want to talk about OGV, Obvious Greater Value.
Now, you might think as a doctor, you're giving your patients great value by listening to them, getting them better, and then giving them the life they need. But you know what? So is every other doctor in the area.
But what you need to do is do the OGV, Obvious Greater Value. Such as, my staff will actually sometimes deliver their diabetic shoes to the house if they can't get out. My staff actually changed someone else's flat tire because they couldn't do it themselves. That is something that no one else in your area does.
So, think about what is the OGV of your practice. I will tell you, if you provide OGV, your practice would be flooded with wonderful patients.
