Hi everyone. Today I'm going to talk about how you can get your practice up and running with less stress. Really, really simple. The biggest problem that I see when I coach other people is they do not have enough staff. You want a lot of things. You want to move throughout the day, see a bunch of patients, see productive patients, get them better, but meanwhile, you're doing everything yourself.
You might have a busy practice, have one medical assistant. Well, you need two. And you're doing too much in that treatment room. You might have a front desk person who's not only working as a front desk person, but working as a medical assistant as well. And so in order to be productive and effective and have a smooth running oil machine, you need staff and proper places where you simplify that task, where they can actually focus on the product, which is the front desk is, to keep that appointment book totally full of productive patients and to cut monies at the time of service. And that's all they focus on, you're gonna have a thriving practice, but if they had to answer the phones, make appointments, change people's appointments, collect the money, and bring the patients back and fill out forms and so on, and so on, you're not going to have an efficient office, you're going to try and save money, but it's, you know, you're trying to be a penny-wise and pound-foolish, as they say, and you don't want to be that, okay, you want to have an efficient office. You will make more money by hiring more people, who are actually well-trained.
So, keep that in mind, in order to relieve your stress, have a great day, and stay focused.
