The same goes, if you're the physician who is managing your practice. Back in March 2020, Gallup did a poll of over a million US employees.
And they found that the number one reason that people left their job was due to a bad manager. Now, what is the bad manager? I'm sure it's a lot of different things, but what it did say is that when people are unhappy at work, they're not going to stay. And managers are one of the most significant factors in whether employees are happy or not.
