Hi, it's Tina. I'm here with your one minute management tip. You know, the past couple of years has really been a rollercoaster ride for many of our practices across the country. I know because I've talked with you. And because of things that have happened, losing employees, losing patients, losing doctors, your practice has pretty much had to transform from the way it was to the way it is now. And this has caused stress, overwhelm, just plain being unhappy. And your health really affects your leadership abilities. And it's a difficult task to stay on top of things and think of how you're going to get to practice running back in order when you've experienced all of these difficulties for the past couple of years.
Think about this: You're gonna hire somebody and you've got two candidates. One comes in and you start talking to them, they tell you that, you know, they jog every day, they like to eat organic food, they get to bed on time and their early risers, they like being productive, and the other one comes in and you can tell they just don't look well. They tell you that, oh, you know, they do the best they can. They do like coming to work, but you know, they've got a few health issues. Think about it. Which one are you gonna hire? Let's be honest. You're probably going to hire the one that's healthy. Why? Because they're gonna be able to do the job more efficient. They are going to be on top of their game.
Well, we need to be on top of our game. And a lot of times, because of all the changes that have happened the past couple of years, we're not feeling on top of our game. That's where Dr. Peter Wishnie and myself can come in to help you. If you'd like to talk about what you need to do possibly in restructuring your practice so you can get back on top of your game, all you have to do is email us at [email protected] or Dr. Peter Wishnie at [email protected].
We need to stay healthy. We need to be happy, and we can't do that if we're not happy at work all day. If we can help you, please reach out. Talk to you later. Bye.
