Hi, it's Tina, and I'm here with your one-minute management tip. You know, great managers do not micromanage. But often when I'm talking to managers, they tell me they feel like they need to micromanage staff members in order to make sure everything gets done correctly. And usually after a little digging, one of the main problems is a lack of a training program, and not just training but ongoing training. Now, if you're part of the Virtual Practice Management Institute, reach out to me, let's go back through some of the modules with all of the different training protocols and ways that you set up systems for everyone in the practice to be successful at what they do.

If you're not in the Virtual Practice Management Institute, you need to be. Because you need to make sure that you have a great training program and an onboarding program. One that continues throughout the lifetime of the people who work in the practice. Because training is never done. And if it's done correctly and systems are set up, there is never a need to micromanage because no one likes to be micromanaged.

If you have any questions regarding this, or would like to take a free tour of the Virtual Practice Management Institute library, just reach out to me at [email protected] or Dr. Peter Wishnie at [email protected]. You take care and stay safe. Bye.
