Hi, it's Tina, and I'm here with your one-minute management tip. Lately, in the Virtual Practice Management Institute, I've been talking about how to become a great employee, to go from good to great. And there's a lot of different things we can do, and it takes crossing that line and wanting to cross that line to go from

"Yeah, I'm doing things okay." To "What can I do that will accelerate what I do?" Whether it be in my job task, whether it be how I serve my patients, whether it be how I work as a coworker with my fellow employees. You know, you've probably heard that at 211 degrees, water is really hot, but at 212 degrees water boils.

And when it boils, it creates steam. Steam moves locomotive engines. Just that one extra degree makes all of the difference. So gather your team together today and talk about what is the one degree that each of you can do that would make a difference in how you perform in your job, how you perform as a coworker, and how you give out great customer service.

And if you have any questions, all you have to do is email me at [email protected] or Dr. Peter Wishnie at [email protected]. You take care now. Bye.
