And if you do, that's the reason you get frustrated when your staff puts in the wrong demographic information or they're just constantly making the same errors every time. The reason that would be is because you've asked them to do too much at one time.

When they're on the phone with a patient or a patient's in front of them, that's what they should be focused on, on that one patient. If you don't have enough staff and errors keep on happening, is costing you more money than hiring another person! So, get that extra person, cut down your errors, and training them properly, you will have less frustration.
