I want to talk about one way that you can stay in touch with your patients, your entire community, the list of people that know you, like you, and trust you, and that's through the use of video. Simple video. It doesn't have to be highly, professionally produced. I'm using a camera here. I have a microphone attached right here, and I've just got a background space in my office.
We are all very used to seeing people talking into cell phones and just doing that kind of video as well. But what would be really helpful is if your patients can hear from you on a very regular basis. So make short, informative, occasionally inspirational videos. And just keep pushing those out. Put them on your YouTube channel, put them on your website, and make sure they're in your social media. Really, it could be even every day.
