Hi everyone. Rem Jackson, the CEO of Top Practices here.

People asking me, "What can I do to prepare my practice for the resurgence that is coming?" One of the answers is communicate. Communicate to your patients now. You want to do that with messaging on your website. You want to make sure that you explain all of your procedures, all of your social distancing protocols, and how you're handling patients and the COVID-19 crisis. You want to also make sure that you're emailing your patients at least once a week, your entire list. Just staying in touch with them. And it's okay to talk about injuries. It's okay to talk about sports-related injuries. It's okay to talk about conditions as well. Those are continuing to happen in the same numbers that they always did. And they're going to need to see you soon and they're going to need to know that you're there and open. And they also need to know that you are there and that you're open for emergent problems, all those essential services that you're providing to them right now.

So stay in touch and do your monthly newsletter. Nothing keeps you in touch more than communicating with your patients. You can come to toppractices.com and find out more, or look down below and you can find a phone number, email, all the way to connect with us.

We will help you produce those newsletters professionally, quickly. Make them look very sharp and make this easy for you. So stay communicating with your patients. They need to know. Also, on your social media you could be as active as daily, just short little check-ins. And look at what your other fellow podiatrists that are doing that are really being creative during this time. They're really utilizing this downtime to provide a lot of excellent information.

So now's the time to communicate. And then, when you're busier than you've ever been, keep it up because that's how you have a reception room that's always filled with exactly the kind of patients that you want and the exact numbers that you need. Stay safe, stay healthy, take care of yourself and take care of each other. I'll talk to you soon.
