Hey everyone. Rem Jackson here, CEO of Top Practices.

Bronnie Ware wrote a book called The Five Regrets of Dying. And I'm going to let you go get that book, research that book to find out what the five regrets of people who are on their death bed typically, and almost universally have.

But number four is: I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends more.

When was the last time you checked in with your best friend? Or your friends, your buddies, your sisters, those folks that just matter so much to you. I mean, we're so busy, we're so overwhelmed with the responsibilities of life that we tend to take that for granted. Now, one of the silver linings that's come out of this very dark cloud called COVID-19 is many of us had, had a reset and thought, well, you know, I really am starting to remember, what is really important in life, as opposed to the things that we can really get stuck on. What advertisers would like us to think is what we need and want.

Well friendships, one of the most valuable things in your life. And if you want to have your friends, be a good friend, pick up the phone, call your friend. And send me an email at [email protected] and let me know how it went.

Have a great day.
