I had the pleasure of participating in the First Time Manager Course with Tina Del Buono. This course gave me the tools needed to manage our practice efficiently while maintaining a positive work environment. Tina created a comfortable space to learn and provided me with extra resources to apply to my position. I gained more knowledge on the hiring process as well as the importance of great communication, both of which improved the work atmosphere for not only myself, but my team. Most importantly, this course helped me become confident in my abilities as a new manager and understand that learning is an ongoing priority.
