Who is Jim Palmer?
Jim Palmer; a great number of descriptors come to mind in association with this name. Author, entrepreneur, coach, cancer survivor, “Newsletter Guru”, and superlative businessman, to name just a few. Jim Palmer first met Rem Jackson about five years ago at a Mastermind meeting in Baltimore, Maryland. They quickly realized that they shared a great number of values, both personal and professional. Their businesses and experiences were on track with each other and they shared a common belief in the importance of delivering incredible value and a great customer experience. Since then, they have continued to work together and mentor each other, as they’ve both helped thousands of people achieve higher levels of success in their businesses.
What will I Learn from Jim at the Summit?
When Rem asked Jim to come to this year’s Marketing and Management Summit and give the Keynote speech, Jim was happy to oblige. In his keynote speech: “Stop Waiting for it to Get Easier – Create Your Dream Business Now”, Jim will be delving into his own personal journey that includes what he refers to as his own personal ‘season of crisis’. In addition to delivering an empowering speech about overcoming challenges, Jim promises to also share his own personal success mastery principles. He will give attendees a clear view of what it looks like to resist using the economy as an excuse and take the initiative to not only build, but to grow your dream business.
In his second talk on Saturday afternoon, Jim will focus on something that is at the top of many podiatrists’ lists: Patient Retention. He’ll dive deep into retention marketing and how you can develop strong, healthy, and more profitable relationships with your patients. It’s one of the easiest ways to grow your profits!
“No matter how much success you have, or how long you’ve been in business, you can always learn something else on how to take your business to the next level.”
What’s So Special About Nashville?
Jim Palmer has been to Nashville a number of times – recently staying at this year’s Summit location: the Gaylord Opryland hotel. Jim is excited to go back to this beautiful, fun venue. He plans to take his wife with him to enjoy a couple of days for some R&R in Nashville.
“We’re both country music fans, so that will be a lot of fun. Nashville’s a hoot and they have amazing bar-b-q!”
Why Should I Attend the Summit?
In general, one of the smartest things an entrepreneur can do is to get out of their office and go to live events where they can share stories and learn from each other. What’s working? What’s not working? It gives you the chance to hear from speakers, get inspired, but more importantly, get motivated to implement building business strategies.
Jim has always said that he’s never had a brilliant idea working in his office. Every idea he’s had to grow his business or write a book has always come when he’s out walking, kayaking, walking his dog, attending live events – anything that involves being outside of his office space.
“I commend everyone who is going to the Summit, because it’s a very good way to build your practice by hearing from others, getting inspired, and just getting out of your business.”
