I know, a lot of you wrote down your goals at the beginning of the year. But have you looked at them recently? The second half of 2021 is here, and now is the time to review those goals you made.

The only way to achieve your goals is to constantly look at them and visualize yourself achieving them. You should actually be looking at them daily which allows your subconscious mind to figure out how you can achieve them. You will always get what you are looking for.

Now is the right time to make your goals if you haven’t or if you have, it is time to review them. Where are you in each area of your life? Is your practice doing great but your relationships are not? What about your finances, your health, and let’s not forget about your fun goals?

In order to get what you want, you need clarity. It is good to say I want my practice to reach a certain financial goal, but ask yourself, why do you want to achieve this goal. You don’t want to spend 12-hour days, seven days a week, just to reach your goal.

The best way to start your goal setting is to ask yourself, how do you define success? The answer to this question is what you are striving for. Again, what does success look like in each area of your life? Then ask what major obstacles are in the way of achieving your vision in these areas? Next, what steps are you taking or plan to take to overcome each obstacle?

One more thing. In order to stay on point to achieving your goals, you need accountability. Who are the people that can keep you accountable? For me, it is always an outsider. For my health, I have a personal trainer, for my work-life balance, I have a Tony Robbin’s coach, and I have a coach for my businesses. Family and friends might be too soft to keep you accountable. Hiring a coach is probably the best way to keep you on track to the life you want.

Keep your goals in front of you, review them constantly, get your team on board, and most importantly, be passionate about achieving them. Make each day better than yesterday, and 2021 will end up one of your best years ever.
