As the Director of Member Services, Dave wears many different hats, from managing Rem's schedule to addressing Mastermind member needs. He's our members' main point of contact for questions about membership or joining Top Practices—so whether you've been around since the beginning or just thinking about joining, he can help! He also helps take care of the newsletter program, book packages, and the Virtual Practice Management Institute.
Dave loves helping doctors get into the programs that will make their practices more productive, more profitable, and more rewarding. Making sure that our doctors have all the tools and marketing components in place to make their practices successful is one of his favorite parts of the job.

Professional Experience
Dave earned his degree from the University of Pittsburgh and has been working in marketing & sales since 1990, when he started working for Wentworth Publishing—which is where he met Rem Jackson. Dave was on the Rem-led team that started Classroom Connect, a high-tech company dedicated to helping K-12 educators integrate technology into their instruction. He has known Rem for 25 years, and is thrilled to be working for him once again at Top Practices.

Dave is a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He's also the proud “dog dad” to three Burmese Mountain dogs! When he is not busy helping doctors, you can find him on his Harley, along with his wife, riding into the sunset.
