Hi, it's Tina and I'm here with your one-minute management tip. Today I want to talk about implementing successful systems for the overall practice success. So often when we think about schedules, what do we think about? We think about patient schedules. Well, we actually also need to include in that about creating a workable schedule for the office flow understanding

what staff members need to do. How long it takes so that you understand time flow. So that they actually have time to be able to do the tasks they need to complete during patient time. And a great way. To implement this or to set up really good systems is to empower the people who do the tasks to help create them, because they're the ones that know how long it takes for them to do something and when is the best time for them to do it.

Maybe the mornings are just too busy and afternoon hours would work better. So if you want to have successful systems, it takes everyone really working on them. Along with working your patients in their schedule. You have to have timelines and checks for these systems in order to know whether they're successful and they are working.

Now, if you're part of the Virtual Practice Management Institute, get into the library and look up time flow and systems. If you have any questions, email me at [email protected], and if you're not part of the Virtual Practice Management Institute, but would like to take a free tour of our library, just email me at [email protected]. Well, you take care of yourself and have a great day. Bye.
