Pressure as Motivation

Hi, this is Dr. Peter Wishnie and here's another One Minute Practice Management Tip.

Today I'm going talk about pressure. Now pressure, most of us think of it as a bad thing, but this is actually a good thing because you need pressure. It is pressure that's going to force you to do something maybe you would not normally do. Like if you want to get bigger muscles, you might do an extra ten push-ups, but you need to have that pressure that stress in your muscles to get bigger. You need pressure, maybe when you're doing a project to make it better and get it done faster.

So, pressure is a good thing, and I'm suggesting you to have a lot more pressure and do a little bit more so you can get that brilliant, radiant life. Just like a diamond needs pressure to be formed.

You need to have some pressure in order have that brilliance in your life. Stay focused, my friends, and have a great day.
