Hi, it's Tina, and welcome to today's one-minute management tip.

Well, how has your office been doing lately? I know ours has been making a lot of different changes. Why? Because things have changed. We have a different way that we're seeing patients now in our practice, and I'm sure you are too. You know what, though, I've learned that during this time of kind of like rediscovery, being able to, reinvent how we do things. We're writing our protocols again because things are different that one of the most valuable things that I appreciate as an office manager is when the people who work with me ask questions.

You know, I was listening to Tony Robbins recently and he said, "Questions will lead you to the ultimate answers." So sometimes we get bothered because people keep asking us questions, but we really need to. And if you're trying to figure out new systems, new protocols, sit your team down and start asking each other questions.

  • What if we did this?
  • How would it look if we did that?
  • If we tried this, would it work?

Because ultimately you're going to get the answer, but you're only going to get it if you ask questions. And if you're asking questions as a team and you're working on these things as a team, how much better is your practice going to run because you were going to be having the input of many instead of just one?

Well, I hope this tip will really help you during this time of recreating the way your practice is running. If you have any questions, you can email me at [email protected] or [email protected]. Take care. Talk to you soon. Bye-bye.
