Hi, it's Tina. I'm here with your one-minute management tip. You know, I hear often that doctors would like their staff to promote the products and services in the practice more often than they do. So what's holding them up? Usually, it's because they lack the confidence of having the knowledge of what the products do and also what the services are all about and how they help the patients. 

One easy way to solve this is doctors, do an infomercial. Yep, have one of your staff members pull out their phone and you sit there and talk about the product or the service telling how you would describe this to your patients or why they would need it. Give step-by-step details, just as if you were explaining it to a patient, so that your staff then can write a script off of this. They can study it. They will know that when they are talking to your patients about the product or service, they're giving them the exact same information that you would. That builds their confidence and makes them feel good.
