As the Director of Member Services Dave helps take care of membership needs, including the newsletter program, book packages, and the Practice Management Institute. Making sure that our practices have all the tools and marketing components in place to make their practices successful is one of Dave's favorite parts of the job. Dave can also be found working with new and prospective members to insure all questions are answered all the time.
Many times when a practice comes to Top Practices they are frustrated and confused about how to put together a solid marketing program, and Dave enjoys helping doctors get into the programs that will make their practices more productive, more profitable and more rewarding.
Dave earned his degree from the University of Pittsburgh and has been working in the Marketing & Sales field since 1990 when he started working for Wentworth Publishing, where he met Rem Jackson. Dave was on the team led by Rem Jackson that started Classroom Connect, a high-tech company dedicated to helping K-12 educators integrate technology into their instruction. Dave has known Rem for 25 years, and it is a pleasure to be back working for him at Top Practices. Dave enjoys helping practices get their weekends back by helping them implement simple 12 week plans.
