When Termination is Needed

Hi everyone, today we are going to talk about something that we all dread as business owners - and that is firing. We don't like firing people, but let me give you a little tip on when to fire someone. If you have a nightmare or three nightmares in a row about some individual staff member . . . you know what? After three, it's time to say adios, auf wiedersehen, sayonara, ya outta here! Now of course, we have to be more empathetic.

There's a right way and a wrong way. We as business owners are afraid of  more work. And more work? Well . . . we don't want to do that. But let me tell you something. When you have an employee that's not working out, you are having more work right then and there. By letting that person go, your team will be more successful, and more productive.
