You want to make a difference in the lives of the people that you work with each day? Let them know how important they are. Let them know about what they do each day that makes a difference in the lives of the people who come into your practice. Doctors let them know when you hear stories from patients that say, "Boy, you know what? Your front desk person is just amazing!" Make sure you let them know.
Every day we go to work and we want to help the people that come into our practice. And it's important that we lift each other up. So, take this tip and tell someone today how important they are to the practice and to you.
Well, I hope this gives some food for thought and also will make the people in the practice very happy when you tell them that they mean a lot.
