Q4, also known as the fourth quarter, it’s the most important part of the game. It is where most of the points are scored. Now, are you going to be a John Elway or a Peyton Manning where it's crunch time and you know they have the ball you're going to win?

So, no matter what's going on with your practice right now, it is time to really turn it on. I don't care if you're having a bad year, you can take your fourth quarter and turn your year around and you can also start developing momentum for 2019. If you’re having a great year, you can make even a greater year by turning up the last 13 weeks and being the best you can be.
