Now, we're always looking for ways – how we can improve the service that we give and raise the level of excellence in our practice. You know, one person can't do that. It takes a team. You know Ken Blanchard said, "None of us is as smart as all of us."
Well, I believe that's true. And how you can use this in your practice is by having each person in your practice write down 3-5 things that they think will improve the practice – the standards of the practice, the flow of the practice, and the care that you give your patients. Then gather everybody together and go through the list of ideas you have. Pick one or two and try them! And you know what? By having that list that you have taken just a little bit of time to compile, you’re going to have things that you can try for probably a year! Well, I hope that this tip helps you.
