Hi, it’s Tina and I’m here with your One Minute Management Tip.

Have you ever found yourself pointing at someone and saying, “You were supposed to do that” and the person didn’t have a clue that they were supposed to do it? Well, if this has happened in your practice, don’t feel like you’re the only one because it does happen. And one of the reason that it happens is the failure to define the positions in your practice. People don’t know what they are supposed to do and when they are supposed to do it. They’re going to be doing things that are unnecessary and missing what is necessary.

So, my tip for you is to define the positions in your practice for your practice. There are no two practices alike. And if you want to learn more about this check out my new video program called How to Run Your Medical Practice Simply, Smartly, and Successfully.

Well, get that pencil and paper out and start defining those positions. See you later, bye.
