There are so many things that I could do in my practice, marketing-wise, that I just don’t have time to do. I think the thing that’s been most helpful is they [Top Practices’ Virtual Marketing Director Services] have been able to write content for me for my website and help me with a lot of the website information. I would not be able to do that by myself.
The Best Benefit of Being a Top Practices Member
It’s really helped me to set goals and to work to achieve those goals – actively work to achieve them, not just write them down and forget about them. It has helped me to focus on what I want for my practice and where I want it to go in the future. It’s helped me to organize my thoughts and to think of the practice more as a business, and also to help me think more of my patients and serving them rather than just having them as a number coming in and out. It has helped me to serve them and improve the quality of the care.
The Top Things from Membership
Working on the goals, attending the Summit, and the coaching calls with Rem. Those are probably the top three things that have motivated me and helped me to stay on task. When you have to talk to Rem - which is a great thing, that’s not a bad thing - if I’m slacking with my numbers and things that I know that I need to report to him, that keeps me going—that monthly phone call.
If I were to give advice to anybody who was thinking about joining Top Practices, it’s that you can’t use them just once a year or once a month motivation. It’s not a cheerleading session. You need to be committed to running your practice and running your business, and use them as help and not depend on them to make you successful. You can’t just listen to the CDs in your car and not do anything about it. It’s a lot of work that you have to do on your own practice, on your own life, to be successful. This is something that helps you do that.Dr. Evan Merrill
