Just Who Is Rem Jackson?

That's a good question, and frankly I'd be a little concerned if you weren't asking yourself just that right now. I've had a long and interesting career that started out as a practice marketing consultant to podiatrists, dentists, and optometrists.  One thing led to another, as is often the case, and before I knew it I moved my family across the country and was working as V.P. of Professional Development for a Fortune 500 company. 

 

I am very grateful that I had this opportunity.  I made a lot of contacts and I learned a lot about business, especially marketing.  I also learned a lot about effective communication.  But I never forgot where I came from, and I discovered that large corporations face all the same frustrations with their marketing that small business owners deal with every day.  The fact is that traditional marketing doesn't work - no matter what sized company is doing it.

 

Well, the day came when I decided to get out of  the big corporate rat race.  I cashed out and moved my family back home. I decided the time had come to develop a marketing plan for podiatrists. I knew the plan had to be not just extremely effective, but both affordable and manageable as well. 

 

I spent the last 3 years researching what was working for other professionals and what was not.  I learned about the frustrations that nearly all podiatrists feel about their marketing plan: not knowing if what they are doing is working, the feeling that there must be a better way of reaching prospective patients.
